MCROBIE is Looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer to Join the Team

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited interior design program.
- 3- 5 years office experience on commercial interiors projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
- Excellent graphic presentation skills.
- Working towards ARIDO registration.
- Knowledge of furniture systems is an asset.
- Strong skills in Concept, Schematic and Final Design development and presentations.
- Familiar with project scheduling and budgeting.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Assist in the development of creative and functional solutions to our clients’ needs.
- Assist in the design and execution of projects in all phases (proposal, bidding, construction administration, closeout).
- Participate in the development of Concept Design, Schematic Design and Final Design packages and presentations.
- Ensure that projects are kept on time and budget.
- Assist in selection of materials and preparation of finishes specifications.
- Review and coordination of contactor submittals (shop drawings and samples).
- Perform field review of projects under construction.
