Announcing Our Newest Associates

We are pleased to announce that Nooreen Haider, M.Arch, B.A.S., and Theresa Bottema NCIDQ, ARIDO, have been appointed to Associate positions at MCROBIE.

Theresa has been a valued member of MCROBIE since joining the firm in 2011. She has been a registered Interior Designer with ARIDO since 2016, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and industry standards. A highly skilled designer with a strong eye for detail, Theresa has continually developed her expertise across multiple facets of interior design. Her space planning expertise, refined design sensibility, and dedication to client service are vital assets. Her subject-matter expertise, years of practical experience, and collaborative approach make her an invaluable member of the firm.

Nooreen has demonstrated a strong commitment to design excellence, teamwork and client service since joining the firm in 2017. She has played an integral role in advancing MCROBIE’s portfolio of work, including the design and execution of Farm Boy’s multi-location expansion, and most recently, Altea’s Health and Wellness facilities in Ottawa, Edmonton and Vancouver. Nooreen brings strength in project leadership, building client relationships and a clear design vision to every project. As an Associate, Nooreen will continue to lead projects from the early design stage to construction while supporting MCROBIE’s commitment to delivering high-quality architecture.
