In May, Dialog/MCROBIE reached a significant milestone: the substantial completion of the base building at 90 Elgin Street.  The building has been well received by the developer, GWL Realty Advisors Inc., as well as PWGSC, who represent the future federal tenants.   Construction of the interior fit-up and indoor landscaping will continue through 2014 with the first tenant scheduled to take residence  beginning in July.  The building remains on track to achieve LEED Gold status.
