Ending three years of design, construction and fit-up, 395 Terminal Avenue at the Ottawa Train Yards was fully occupied in early February.  Prominently located adjacent to Ottawa’s iconic VIA Train Station, our newest office tower is strikingly visible from the Queensway. This eight storey office building was finished on-time and under-budget owing to a successful team effort with Ron Engineering and Ottawa Train Yards Joint Venture.  The narrow form of the building provides access to daylight for every occupant, sets a new standard for workplace comfort and productivity, and contributes to its candidacy for LEED Gold.
